🚪 Account Closure & Reactivation

Below you will find the ways in which you can close your account, when it may be closed automatically by Stoiximan, and how it can be reactivated — where this is possible. All procedures described below are carried out in accordance with the legal framework of the competent regulatory authority.

I want to close my account

⚠️ Important
If your account has a remaining balance, please withdraw it before closing.
If the account is closed and funds remain, you will need to contact the Customer Support Team through the available channels at the bottom of the page so we can assist you with the process.

🔒 Permanent Self-Exclusion

From the menu:
Account → Profile → Player Protection
you can choose the “Indefinite” exclusion option from the self-exclusion tools.

This option is irreversible.

If you wish to use our services again, 12 months must have passed from the date of your request.

After the 12 months have passed, you may contact us (via the channels at the bottom of the page) to begin the process of opening a new account.

🗑️ Account Deletion

If you wish to permanently delete your account, you can select: "Right to Erasure" from data privacy rights, and submit your request through the relevant menu on our website.

If you wish to return in the future, you will need to create a new account after 12 months.

🧾 GDPR – Personal Data Deletion

To request the permanent deletion of your personal data, send an email to dpo-office@stoiximan.gr including:

  • Your account details
  • Your deletion request

For the deletion to be processed, the account must be verified. Using our services again is possible after 12 months, through a new account, following communication with our support team.

🔞 Age Restriction
If, during verification, it is found that the user is below the legal age limit (21 years old), the account is deactivated immediately, in accordance with the law.

💬 Addiction
In cases of gambling addiction or problematic behaviour, the account may — by law — be assigned participation limits or be closed temporarily or permanently, to ensure player protection.

⏳ Account Inactivity

  • If there is no activity for 12 months, the account becomes inactive for an additional 12 months.
  • During this period you may log in and use our services, but not the games.
  • If you place even one participation, inactivity is automatically lifted.
  • If 24 months pass in total (12 + 12) without any activity, the account is permanently closed. You will receive notifications at each stage.

🚫 Illegal actions or breach of terms
If actions deemed illegal or contrary to the Terms of Use are detected, the account is closed immediately. Compliance with legislation and the safety of our members are our top priorities.

🔓 Account Reactivation

Depending on the reason for closure:

  • Inactivity: reactivation may be possible after contacting Customer Support.
  • Self-exclusion / Deletion / GDPR: a new account is required after 12 months.
  • Closure due to terms violation: reactivation is not possible.
