Go to the menu My Account > Profile > Verification Process and choose the method that suits you best:
🏦 1. Automatically via National Bank of Greece (NBG)
The fastest way, without sending any documents! If you have e-banking with the National Bank of Greece:
- Go to My Account > Profile > Verification Process
- Select "Verification via National Bank of Greece web banking".
- You will be securely redirected to the National Bank page. Log in and give your consent.
- You will receive a 6-digit code on your mobile.
- Return to our page, enter the code, and press Submit.

📄 2. Verification via Document Upload
From My Account > Profile > Verification Process upload one ID document and one proof of address document.
Step 1: Upload a color photo of your ID Card (front & back) or your Passport (ensure all 4 corners are visible).
Step 2: Upload a proof of address document (issued within the last 6 months) stating your Name and Address.

- Utility Bills: Electricity, Water, Telephony, or Internet (the bill itself, not the payment receipt).
- Bank: Account/Card Statement or screenshot from e-banking (with visible details).
- Public / Gov.gr: Certificate of Permanent Residence, Tax Clearance / Tax Return Note from previous year (please cover financial amounts), Certificate of AMKA/EFKA/OAED, Residence Permit.
- TaxisNet: Lease Agreement (both pages).
- EFKA Social Security Clearance, details of natural person via here.
- Income Tax Declaration: Incl. E1 Filing Number.
Step 3: Our team will check the documents and you will receive a notification once completed. You can check the progress via the menu My Account > Profile > Verification Process
