💶 Withdrawal Methods

Overview

Based on the legal framework, withdrawals must be made using the same method as your last deposit:
Account → Transactions → Withdrawal

If your deposit method does not support withdrawals (e.g., prepaid cards), the withdrawal will be completed via bank transfer.
For withdrawals of €800+, verification of the withdrawal method is required:

Steps:

• Account → Transactions → Withdrawal → Bank Transfer
• Enter and confirm your IBAN
• Enter the amount → Withdraw

📘 Verification through your bank’s e-banking may be required.

Estimated processing time:

• National Bank / Alpha Bank: up to 24 hours
• Eurobank / Piraeus: up to 1 business day
• Other banks: 1–3 business days

💳 Credit / Debit Card

Steps:

• Account → Transactions → Withdrawal → Card
• Select the card you have previously used
• Enter amount → Withdraw

Processing time: 1–3 business days

Supported cards: VISA, VISA Direct, Mastercard

🍏 Apple Pay

Steps:

• Account → Transactions → Withdrawal → Apple Pay
• Select your card
• Enter amount → Withdraw

Processing time: 1–4 business days

🟣 Neteller

Steps:

• Account → Transactions → Withdrawal → Neteller
• Select your Neteller account
• Enter amount → Withdraw

Processing time: up to 24 hours

🟧 OKTO Wallet

Steps:

• Account → Transactions → Withdrawal → OKTO Wallet
• Select your OKTO account
• Enter amount → Withdraw

Processing time: Instant

🌀 PayPal

Steps:

• Account → Transactions → Withdrawal → PayPal
• Select your PayPal email
• Enter amount → Withdraw

Processing time: Same day

Steps:

• Select your myPaysafe account
• Enter amount → Withdraw

Processing time: up to 24 hours

Steps:

• Select your Skrill account
• Enter amount → Withdraw

🟪 Viva Wallet

Steps:

• Account → Transactions → Withdrawal → Viva Wallet
• Select your Viva card or account
• Enter amount → Withdraw

• Your account balance must be sufficient to complete the withdrawal.
