🎯 Limits on My Account

Supporting Responsible Gaming, we provide all the necessary tools so you can control your own play — easily and safely. All available limits can be set through:
My Account → Profile → Player Protection

ℹ️ You can lower your limits at any time. To increase or remove a limit, the selected time period must pass first.

Below you can find a detailed description of all available options:

💶 Deposit Limits

Sets the maximum amount you can deposit per day, week, or month. This way, you maintain full control of your financial activity.

Example:
I set a daily deposit limit of €10 → once I reach that amount, I cannot deposit again until the next day.

📉 Loss Limits

Sets the maximum amount of losses you allow yourself per day, week, or month. If reached, the system stops any betting activity automatically.

Example:
I set a weekly loss limit of €50 → if I reach that amount, I cannot continue playing until the week resets.

⏰ Time Limits

Allows you to set a maximum participation duration per day, week, or month. This helps you manage your time without overplaying.

Example:
I want to play up to 2 hours per day for at least one week.

After the selected period ends, you can:

  • Keep the limit active
  • Reduce the duration
  • Or cancel the limit

You can increase this limit at any time.

💸 Cancellation of Withdrawal Request

Here you can define whether you want to allow the option to cancel pending withdrawal requests. This gives you full control over your withdrawals.

To remove this limit, 7 days must pass from the moment you activated it.

☕ Take a Break

When this option is activated:

  • Your account is automatically deactivated for 24 hours
  • You cannot access any betting activity
  • The option cannot be cancelled manually — only after the time period ends
🕓 Activity Notification

When activated, you receive an hourly notification showing:

  • Your session duration
  • Your winnings and losses

This helps you have a complete overview and control of your activity. To deactivate the notification, 7 days must pass from its activation.

🔒 Self-Exclusion

Through Self-Exclusion, you can block your entire account for a specific period or permanently.

Available options:

  • 1 month
  • 2 months
  • 6 months
  • Indefinite
  • Custom range (“From – To”)

⚠️ These limits cannot be changed or cancelled.
Your account becomes active again only after the exclusion period ends.
In case of an indefinite exclusion, the account is considered permanently closed.
