It is very important to make sure that your account is fully validated and that your data remains up-to-date, as any withdrawal can be processed only after the full account validation has been completed.
In case you carry out a deposit through a credit/debit card you are not the holder of, a validation of the third person's card will be required:
- photo of the card
- photo of the ID Card of the cardholder.
In case your deposits were initiated through a card with a problematic BIN, reverse transactions are not accepted. This means that you can deposit using the card, but due to procedural issues, money cannot be transferred to the card. In such cases, a Bank Statement will be requested.
