By filling out the form you will find here, you can submit to Stoiximan any grievance, complaint or disagreement about issues or events related to the games conducted by Stoiximan and any related transactions.
We would like to remind you that your complaint must be filed no later than forty-eight (48) hours after the date of the event and include a summary of the events that took place as well as the time, the reasons for your submission and eventually all the relevant information about the complainant.
The complaint must also be attached with a copy of your Identity Card or Passport or other equivalent documents from which your identification can be obtained.
Stoiximan reserves the right not to respond to vague complaints or complaints that are repeated in an abusive manner.
In the event that the response of Stoiximan does not satisfy you, you can request within ten (10) days from the day after the notification of the response, the examination of the complaint by the Hellenic Gaming Commission. In this case, Stoiximan will be obliged to submit all relevant information to the Hellenic Gaming Commission.
