Protecting your personal data is of utmost importance to us! At Stoiximan we apply strict security standards and follow all European and international requirements to safeguard the privacy and security of our members.

📂 Managing your data

🧭 What can I do with my data?

Through the menu Account → Privacy Settings you can:

  • Access your data
  • Request correction or deletion
  • Set restrictions on processing
  • Request data portability
  • Object to processing
  • Withdraw your consent

🔹 Portability refers to receiving your data so you can use it with another provider.
🔹 Consent refers to how we contact you and send you information.

⏳ How long is my data retained?
  • After your account is closed, and if deletion has not been requested, your data is retained for at least 5 years, in line with legal obligations.
  • In cases related to legal or tax obligations, the retention period may be extended.
  • If registration has not been completed, the data is anonymised within 6 months.

🧠 If you suspect your account has been compromised

If you suspect that your account has been compromised, for example if:

  • You notice transactions or bets you did not place
  • Your password or email has been changed
  • You receive security notifications you do not recognise

You can also review your activity from: Account → History

⚠️ Never share your details with third parties and avoid staying logged in on shared devices.

Note: Every time the password on your account is changed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you did not make this change yourself, follow the link in the email to set a new password. Caution: The relevant email is sent exclusively from the address noreply@stoiximan.gr

🛡️ How to keep your account secure

In addition to the measures we apply, you can also strengthen the security of your account:

  • Enable two-factor authentication (2FA): you can activate it for Login and/or Withdrawals via Account → Profile → Login & Security
  • ✅ Do not disclose or write down your username / password
  • ✅ Change your password regularly via Account → Profile → Login & Security
  • ✅ Always log out as soon as you finish your activity on the platform
  • ✅ Do not select “Remember me / Keep me logged in” on shared devices
  • ✅ Choose a strong password of at least 12 characters, including upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols. Avoid using:
    • your name
    • your username
    • your date of birth
    • or your phone number
