Sometimes we may want to stop our bet before it ends, while other times there may be unforeseen factors that make settlement impossible. Below you can find a detailed explanation of all cases.
💰 Cash Out
The Cash Out feature allows you to settle your bet early, before the events you have selected are completed, at the amount offered by Stoiximan at that moment.
➡️ How it works:
If the option is available on your bet slip, you can activate it and receive the corresponding amount.
⚠️ Important:
- Cash Out is not always available; it is an additional service.
- As the match progresses and the outcome becomes clearer, the Cash Out amount changes.
- Cash Out settles the entire bet slip definitively and is not counted towards the wagering requirements of the deposit bonus.
- For other promotions, the terms will specify whether Cash Out counts towards the wagering requirements.
🚫 Bet Cancellation
A bet may be cancelled for various reasons, such as:
- Wrong odds
- Postponement or cancellation of the sporting event
- Multiple duplicates of the same bet
- Technical issues
- Inability to verify the result
In this case, your stake is refunded.
⚪ Bet Settled as Void
If your bet slip is settled as Void, it means that your stake has already been refunded. The Void indication means that there is no way to settle the bet in the normal way.
📘 Example:
If you have bet on player X to score and they do not play in the match, the bet is considered void and your stake is returned. (You can see more in the Game Guide section)
⚽ The match was cancelled
If a match did not start or was not completed, your bet is considered void and your stake is refunded.
📘 In system bets:
If you have, for example, 4 selections and 1 of them is cancelled, your bet slip will be settled based on the remaining 3 selections.
📍 Exceptions:
- In Tennis, bets are cancelled only if the match is not completed at all.
- In qualification or outright winner markets, the bet is settled based on the final outcome of the competition.
🤝 Friendly matches that do not last 90’
In friendly matches (without a governing body), bets are settled based on the actual final result at the time the match ends, without extra time, even if the full 90 minutes are not played.
However, if the referee sets a different duration before kick-off (e.g. 2×40’), the bet stands normally.
⚠️ If the structure of the match changes (e.g. from 2 halves to 3 or more periods), then all bets are cancelled.
🟡 Dead Heat (Tie in ranking)
In the event of a tie (Dead Heat) between two or more selections, the rule of proportional distribution of the stake applies.
📘 Example:
If three players finish in first place:
- Player 1 at odds 2
- Player 2 at odds 10
- Player 3 at odds 5
and you have placed a €1 bet, the stake is divided by 3 and the payout is calculated accordingly:
| Player | Odds | Dead Heat Odds | Return |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 2 | 0,66 | 1,32€ |
| 2 | 10 | 3,33 | 6,66€ |
| 3 | 5 | 1,66 | 3,32€ |
⚠️ Obvious Error / Wrong Price
If an obvious error is identified (such as incorrect odds or wrong market):
- The bet cannot be Cashed Out.
- If it has been settled through Cash Out due to the error, the settlement will be cancelled and the bet will be corrected to the proper Stoiximan price.
- If there are multiple Cash Out attempts on the same error, the bet is cancelled.
📘 Wrong price in live betting:
If the error is identified after the event has started, bets remain valid but are settled at the corrected price.
✅ Summary:
