To access all Stoiximan services, you will need to verify your account as described in Account Verification. Additionally, in order to withdraw from your account, you will need to go to My Account > Profile > Verification Process, choose Other Documents and verify the withdrawal method as described below.
Note: You will need the transaction method to be in the account holder's details for Stoiximan and not third-party details. If you need to cover non-mandatory card details, you will need to do this with physical means (e.g., paper) and not digital processing.

1. You will need to send the front of your card where the first 6 and last 4 digits, the name, and the expiry date are visible.
2. If the above details are not on the same side, you can send 2 screenshots
3. If it concerns a virtual or virtual version of the card, you can send a bank statement with details as mentioned above

🏦 Bank Account (Bank book)
1. Send a photo or scanned document (not a photocopy) with visible IBAN and account holders
2. Alternatively, a screenshot from e-banking with visible IBAN and account holders

1. You will need to send a screenshot of the front of your linked Apple Pay card where the first 6 and last 4 digits, the name, and the expiry date are visible.

3. It is necessary for the image to be complete and also to show the electronic address - URL in the screenshot. It is recommended that the process be done through a computer or with a long screenshot if your mobile device supports it

1. You will need to send a screenshot from the Okto Wallet application from the “Profile” category with full coverage of details
2. The details that need to be displayed are: Email, Mobile phone, Address, Customer code, Nationality, Country of residence

You will need to send 2 screenshots for verification
1. The first screenshot can be found from your Paypal account from the menu “Settings/Account Settings > Business Information”
2. It should be clear all corporate/personal details (Name, business address, service business phone and email, professional contact alias, card movement name, date of birth, nationality), as well as the URL (electronic address) displayed at the top of the page

2. It is necessary for the full page to be visible with the aim to show the Paypal Merchant ID

You will need to send 2 screenshots:
1. From the Settings > Profile menu: All details need to be visible: full name, email, viva wallet number, mobile phone number
2. From the Settings > API Access menu: All details need to be visible: Merchant ID, API Key, Holder’s name.
In both cases, the image needs to be complete and show the electronic address (URL). It is recommended to use a computer or view as webpage or long screenshot if your device supports it

📌 General Notes
• If it is necessary for the electronic address URL to be visible, it is recommended to use a computer or from the mobile browser in “View as webpage” or Long screenshot. If the full page is not visible on a mobile device, you can adjust the zoom to around 60%, depending on the device, to achieve full screen
