Deposits with someone else's card/ Joint account

At Stoiximan, we strive to ensure the security and integrity of all transactions made on our platform. In order to maintain this standard, we have specific requirements regarding payment methods, particularly when using a bank card issued in a name, other than that of the Stoiximan account holder, for deposits. Here's what you need to know: 

 

Payment methods and account holder name:

For your deposits to be successful, it is essential that all payment methods used, are in the account holder's name. If the name on your credit/debit card does not match the name registered to your Stoiximan account, your deposit will not be completed successfully and you will receive an error message.

You can only deposit to your gaming account with payment methods issued in your name. For more details, please refer to paragraph 3.2 of the Terms and Conditions applicable to our page.

 

** For example, if you wish to deposit with a bank card, it must be in your name.
